Our Story
In July 2020 I moved to a beautiful small seaside town in Northumberland shortly after the birth of my daughter Trinity-May along with y two sons Rupert age 10 and Brayden age 2. I wanted to move away from the hustle and bustle of city life and embrace the beautiful English coastline and countryside too.
It was a very difficult time having a baby during Covid-19 lockdowns and non essential shops were closed - I struggled to find the sustainable baby clothes and baby and children's clothing I wanted in one shop.
I decided to set up Nature's Gift by Sarah, a children’s organic, sustainable & ethically sourced clothing boutique. This was the start of my little story!
Now you are able to come along on our journey with me, allow me to show you that organic and sustainable clothing for kids can be fun, trendy and of amazing quality.
The brands I work with design kids clothing that will last for many years, can be handed down to the next generation or start a new life with another family. But prior to them being handed over your children will enjoy wearing them too.
All of our clothing is sent out in environmentally friendly packaging which are made from recycled materials and are biodegradable too, we say no to plastic packaging!

Why Nature's Gift support organic, ethical & sustainable for a better world and future for our children;
Rather than resigning myself to accept the mainstream children's clothing that didn't uphold the same values I hold, being ethically sourced, organic and sustainable I decided to set up Nature’s Gift By Sarah. With the mounting concern that we’re destroying our planet for future generations, and with thousands of microscopic fibres entering rivers and oceans with just one single clothes wash, now more than ever is the time for households to up their green status, so there’s not better time than to Shop Organic, Live Organic and Love organic!
According to the Waste and Resources Action Programme (Wrap) more than 300,500 tonnes of clothing end up in UK landfills every year. This needs to reduce massively and a good place for parents to start is by buying clothes that are designed to last. Of course, sustainability encompasses many things; from reducing the environmental impact of production processes, cutting out harmful chemicals, and ensuring ethical guidelines are in place when it comes to safe working practices in factories, and workers getting paid fairly to do so. But when it comes to dressing kids, sustainability means quality too.
Anyone who has bought organic clothing knows it is super soft, extremely durable, and much kinder to your child's skin. But for those who are new the world of organic, here are just a few fantastic reasons you’ll be glad you changed to more sustainable baby clothes: Organic cotton has not been tampered with by any nasty chemicals, therefore, the fibres remain intact, keeping them soft and snuggly wash after wash, unlike regular cotton, now who wouldn’t want that?
